The Mater's heart, lung and vascular centre provides a comprehensive range of services which facilitate the delivery of advanced techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. In providing this service the heart, lung and vascular centre is supported by the following services:

  • Twelve-bed Intensive Care Unit.
  • Cardiothoracic operating theatre.
  • Two recently refurbished angiography suites.
  • Allied health services such as radiological and physiotherapy.
